1. Registraion
You define whether registration is required and can activate functions for registered users. After registration, your users receive login data for logging in via the app.
2. Plan the trip
Under the search function, users will find a map with transportation offers in the vicinity, a departure monitor for selected stations and the availability of e.g. rental bikes, e-scooters or cars. You will also find the input field for the start and destination address.
3. Select the preferred route
Depending on their personal preferences, your users receive several routes with different combinations of means of transport. The overview provides users with information on price, travel time, accessibility and walking routes.
4. Quick booking via the app
Your users can select a transport provider directly for bookings or first carry out a route query. Selected routes can be booked with one click.
5. Select payment method
In the default settings, you define which payment modes are available for your users: Mobility subscription, pay-as-you-go, monthly billing. Users can see in the app which accounts are available to them for payment and can use their personal account or a shared account (business, family).
6. Paying with credits
If you have activated the credit payment function in the app, your users will see how many mobility credits are required for the booking and receive an overview of their account.
7. Dashboard
A dashboard shows current and completed bookings, available credits and an overview of transport services that your users can book directly.
Simple data management
Manage your app users, customize their profiles and status. Configure the registration process for your users with our flexible data model. You also decide on the method of data verification (verification by phone, SMS or email, validation of driving license), which is necessary, for example, to rent a car or drive an electric scooter.
DSGVO-conform
In FluidHub, you can manage and classify your users’ personal data in compliance with the GDPR and, if necessary, remove, delete or anonymize it.

Create user group
With FluidHub, you can create several user groups and assign users to them depending on their specifications. This makes it possible to activate certain additional functions or services in your MaaS app, e.g. for residents, employees or premium travelers, if they register in the app. Regular users only see and use the functions that you activate.
