PROJECT MANAGER (f/m/d)

Your tasks:

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and further developing our FluidLife offering. Your main tasks will include:

  • Operational customer support: First point of contact for operational issues such as backend configurations, management of app releases (iOS and Android), creation of statistics and error analyses.
  • Requirements management: advising customers on the further development of the solution. Elaboration of specific requirements in close coordination with product management and the technical teams.
  • Project management: Ensuring that the project is implemented on time and within budget in line with requirements. Coordination of sprint planning for project development and ongoing provision of project status and project documents.
  • Commercial support: preparation of offers, SLA contract management, invoicing, analysis and preparation of reports and presentations
  • Planning: Responsibility for sales, resource and time planning for customer projects
  • Processes: Design and further development of relevant internal and external processes in customer service and project management.
  • Product management: Close cooperation with sales and product management to collect customer feedback, analyze needs and incorporate customer expectations into future developments

The job is perfect for you, if you bring the following:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. project or innovation management, computer science, business administration, etc.) or equivalent professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the field of digital platforms or Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to understand customer needs and integrate them into product development
  • In-depth understanding of technical processes and the ability to prepare and communicate complex concepts in an understandable way
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, AppStore/Google Play Store Console an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team and openness to other opinions as well as the ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions
  • Initiative in driving forward important topics paired with an organized and reliable way of working
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and economic and strategic expertise

The salary for this position is at least EUR 3,724 gross per month. The actual salary depends on qualifications and professional experience.
