Solution Consultant (B2B SaaS – Mobility) | (f/m/d)

Fluidtime is looking for someone with expertise in mobility who understands customers and wants to play an active role in shaping the future of mobility.

You understand the challenges surrounding corporate mobility and Mobility as a Service, and you know what matters to decision-makers in the private and public sectors. You can articulate solutions clearly and persuasively.

As a Solution Consultant, you act as the link between our established mobility platform and our clients’ needs. You provide advice on an equal footing, support decision-making processes and play an active role in shaping the journey from initial requirements right through to completion.

Your mission:

Analysing customer requirements, developing tailored solutions and supporting the entire sales process, from initial contact through to successful completion.

  • Conduct needs analyses and identify how our platform solves specific customer problems.
  • Support and nurture potential customers from initial contact through to the signing of the contract.
  • Present solutions effectively and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Ensure product-customer fit and demonstrate how the FluidLife platform addresses our customers’ challenges.
  • Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Collect customer feedback and feed it directly into product development.
  • Interne Vertriebsprozesse durch gezielten Einsatz von KI-Tools und Automatisierungen mitgestalten.

This job is perfect for you if you:

  • You have experience in B2B SaaS sales or in a consultancy role.
  • have a good understanding of how to successfully sell solutions based on SaaS platforms.
  • you have a thorough understanding of platform products, ideally in the mobility sector.
  • are confident in using CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive.
  • enjoy analysing customer needs and developing tailor-made solutions based on them.
  • uses AI and automation tools with confidence and integrates them effectively into your daily work.
  • work independently and are keen to play an active role in the growth of a meaningful product.

Place of work: 1070 Vienna (Hybrid)
Languages: Very good written and spoken German and English
Scope: Part time (25 hours); permanent
Start: immediately
Salary: €2,495 gross per month (IT collective agreement) for a 25-hour working week. The actual salary will depend on qualifications and professional experience.
