UX/UI Designer (Figma & Design Systems)

Fluidtime is looking for a UX/UI Designer with extensive experience of Figma, a keen understanding of digital products and a passion for creating consistent and intuitive interfaces using reusable components.

You will not only be designing individual screens, but also the visual and structural foundation of our products – from components, patterns and states right through to complete user flows. It is important to us that you continuously maintain and further develop our existing design system, and confidently decide when existing components need to be expanded and when new patterns are required.

With FluidLife, we develop solutions for intelligent resource and mobility management, which are used by organisations such as Zurich Airport, ASFINAG, Sparkasse Oberösterreich and Goldbeck Parking, amongst others.

Your mission

  • Create UX/UI designs, user flows and clickable prototypes.
  • Define components, states, layout rules and reusable patterns.
  • Standardise existing designs and incorporate them into the design system.
  • Work closely with the web and app development teams and coordinate components together.
  • Use AI and prototyping tools to create mock-ups and near-final prototypes more efficiently.
  • Review and improve the quality and consistency of implemented interfaces.

This job is perfect for you if you

  • You have practical experience in UX/UI or product design for digital products.
  • You have a very good command of Figma, particularly Components, Variants, Auto Layout, Libraries and prototyping.

  • think in terms of components, patterns and consistent interactions.
  • You enjoy structuring and simplifying complex web applications, dashboards and administrative interfaces.
  • have a good understanding of responsive web interfaces and modern front-end components.
  • enjoy working closely with developers and overseeing designs right through to implementation.
  • are curious about AI-powered design, prototyping and design-to-code workflows.
  • You work independently and have high standards when it comes to quality.

What to expect when you join us

  • Plenty of scope for creativity in establishing and further developing our design framework
  • A clear focus on UX/UI design and the integration of design and technical implementation.
  • A diverse product portfolio comprising a mobile app, an end-user web portal and complex B2B interfaces.
  • Work directly with an experienced team of app, web and backend developers.
  • An opportunity to put modern AI and design-to-code workflows into practice and develop them further.
  • Flexible working under a hybrid model.
  • Meaningful work on mobility solutions for cities, businesses and people.
