Your day-to-day work at Fluidtime in Customer Success Management

In Customer Success, you are the face of Fluidtime for our customers. You support projects from the initial onboarding through long-term collaboration, find the right solutions, and help customers get the most out of our product. No two days are the same—you analyze data, organize sprints, share input with the product team, and above all make sure our customers are successful. You’re never on your own: you’ll work closely with Software Engineering, New Business, and Product Management.

Your day-to-day work at Fluidtime in New Business

In the New Business team, you turn creative ideas into targeted communication and make our brand visible to the outside world. You plan campaigns, organize events, and write and design content for our website, social media, and presentations—always with our audiences in mind. In sales, you match customers with the right product, guide them from first contact to proposals, and identify new partnership opportunities—with the goal of inspiring people to choose sustainable mobility.

Your day-to-day work at Fluidtime in Product Management

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the strategic and operational development of our MaaS products. You’re the link between engineering, customers, and the Fluidtime vision. Day to day, you refine ideas, prioritize requirements, and ensure our product keeps getting better. You regularly exchange with our customers, gather feedback, write requirements for development, and always keep the user experience in focus.
