Customer Growth Manager (B2B SaaS – Mobility) | (f/m/d)
At Fluidtime, you won’t just be developing sales – you’ll be building our growth engine. Working alongside a team of over 20 engineers, you’ll be bringing data-driven mobility solutions to cities and businesses that are serious about implementing sustainable mobility.
We are not looking for a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who can build and scale a modern, AI-driven sales organisation whilst still prioritising personal customer relationships.
Your mission:
As a Customer Growth Manager, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from the initial approach to closing the deal – and will use AI and automation to make sales scalable.
- Conducting product demonstrations and meetings with potential clients from businesses, municipal utilities and mobility organisations
- Supporting and nurturing potential customers from initial contact through to closing the deal
- Using modern AI tools for lead research, outreach and sales analysis
- Setting up automated workflows (e.g. prospecting, offers, follow-ups, CRM automations)
- Gathering customer feedback from demos and trials and direct input for product improvements
This job is perfect for you if you:
- have already gained experience in B2B SaaS sales,
- have experience working with CRM systems (ideally Pipedrive),
- enjoy building modern, data-driven sales teams,
- naturally uses AI and automation tools,
- would rather automate processes than do repetitive admin work and
- take on responsibility and help us grow

Languages: Very good written and spoken German and English
Scope: Part time (25 hours); permanent
Start: immediately
Salary: €2,600 gross per month for a 25-hour working week. The actual salary will depend on qualifications and professional experience.
