Mobility Consulting Tools

Would you like to promote sustainability or offer low-carbon mobility alternatives? Are you interested in Mobility as a Service (MaaS), but not sure where to start?
We provide two tools that help you get started. They support your first steps into sustainable mobility and Mobility as a Service.

Both tools are based on many discussions and workshops with experts, companies, public authorities and mobility providers, and we keep developing them further.

MaaS Ecosystem Canvas

Are you a stakeholder in a mobility ecosystem? The MaaS Ecosystem Canvas gives you an overview of your mobility ecosystem. Connected ecosystems are essential for successful MaaS. Use the canvas to map the offers and stakeholders in your ecosystem and to understand your own potential and challenges. A single player in a MaaS ecosystem cannot cover every task alone. Good cooperation within the ecosystem is what makes it work.

MaaS positioning guideline

Do you want to implement a MaaS project in your organisation? The Fluidtime guideline gives you step-by-step instructions on how to begin with MaaS and get off to a good start. It helps you define a strategy and take the first essential steps towards smart mobility. Use the guideline to answer the key questions and keep schedule, budget, target group and scope of functions in view from the start.

Our goal is to strengthen cooperation in MaaS ecosystems so that better mobility solutions can emerge. That is why we created the MaaS Ecosystem Canvas. You can use it in small and large, rural and urban mobility ecosystems. Working through the canvas shows you how to cooperate better and more efficiently.

The canvas serves two purposes:

  1. to visualise the players in an ecosystem and
  2. to make communication and exchange between them easier, so that cooperative relationships and trust can grow.
